Okay so there are a lot of travel gift guides out there. But to be honest most of them are truly awful. So here’s some things that will definitely not be on this list below: luggage tags, an insanely expensive silk eyemask, a passport holder, a neck pillow.
Does anyone really want any of these products as gifts? Probably not. Maybe you like them but more than likely you want to buy them for yourself and would be bummed to open those on Christmas morning.
The key to a good present is getting someone something they wouldn’t think to buy themselves and spoil them a little bit. It’s true some people love a practical gift, and we’ll get to those people, but if its going to be practical then you need to make sure it’s something they’ve never heard of before. That’s the best kind of practicality – they didn’t even know it existed so how could they ask for it, but they love it!
Hopefully these suggestions tick some of those boxes. Happy shopping!
